Mirpurkhas BISE announces intermediate results
Mirpurkhas, Sep 15: Mirpurkhas Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education announced the results of higher secondary certificate part-II (class –XII) of humanities, science, general and commerce groups here on Monday.

In Humanities group, Shazia of Government Girls Degree College of Tando Adam secured the first position by getting 860 marks.

The second position went to Inayatullah of Government Boys Degree College of Umerkot who obtained 813 marks.

Abida Kanwal of Government Girls Degree College of Tando Adam stood third and secured 798 marks.

In commerce group, Bilawal of Government Model College of Mirpurkhas obtained the first position by securing 902 marks.

Uzma Naz of Government Ibne Rushd Girls College of Mirpurkhas secured the second with 805 marks.

Adnan Haider of Government Pir Syed Sibghatullah Shah Shaheed Degree College stood third by obtaining 784 marks.

Total 3,204, candidates appeared in the arts group. Of them five passed in grade A, 329 in grade B, 1,061 in grade C, 193 in grade D and five in grade E.

In commerce group, total 324 candidates appeared and only one candidate got grade A-1, four A, 19 B, 105 C, 119 D while 9 candidates got grade E. Dawn

HSC results of Mirpurkhas board announced

Mirpurkhas, Aug 21, 2008: The controller of examinations of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Mirpurkhas has announced the results of annual examinations 2008 of Higher Secondary Certificate part-II (class XII) of pre-medical and pre-engineering groups on Wednesday.

According to the notification, in pre-engineering group, Saad, son of Dr Ziaul Baqi Ansari, seat No.22904 of SZABIST College Mirpurkhas secured first position with 953 marks.

Nimra Mariam, daughter of Mohammad Yousuf, seat No.24152 of Government Girls Degree College Sanghar, obtained second position with 939 marks; Faisal Zia, son of Badshah Khan Khattak, seat No.24350 of Cadet College Sanghar stood third with 935 marks.

Total 3,740 candidates were enrolled. Of them 3,485 appeared in the examination. 101 candidates passed in grade A-1; 616 in grade A; 977 candidates in grade B; 900 in grade C; and 223 candidates passed in grade D.

In the pre-medical group, Bisma Bhurt, daughter of Abdul Rasool Bhurt, seat No.33620 of Government Higher Secondary School Sarhari district Sanghar, secured first position with 957 marks; Unsa Farooque, daughter of Umer Farooque Khanzada, seat No.33617 of Government Higher Secondary School Sarhari district Sanghar obtained second position with 941 marks; Anam, daughter of Zaheer Ahmed Arain, seat No.28579 of Government girls’ College Tando Jan Mohammad secured third position by obtaining 939 marks.

Total 6,544 candidates were enrolled, from which 5,923 appeared in exams.

Total 5,084 candidates were declared pass. 180 candidates passed in grade A-1; 1063 in grade A; 1918 in grade

B; 1760 in grade C; and 158 candidates passed in grade

D. The overall percentage of successful candidates was 85.83.

Mirpurkhas board’s SSC-II result out

Mirpurkhas, Aug 05, 2008: The controller of the Mirpurkhas Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Abdul Rahim Shaikh announced on Monday the results of annual examination for Secondary School Certificate Part-II (Class-X) General Group.

According to the result, Jam Tariq Ali Khan Junejo, son of Jam Anwar Ali Khan Junejo, (seat No.73561) of Government Higher Secondary School Nauabad secured first position by obtaining 657 marks.

Sumaiya, daughter of Yaqoob Khan Pathan, (72063) of Girls Higher Secondary School clinched second position by gaining 656 marks and Jehangir Aslam, son of Mohammad Aslam, (72003) of Government Boys Higher Secondary School made it to the third after getting 644 marks.

A total of 455 of 554 candidates who appeared in the exams were declared successful, 48 clinched grade A, 194 grade B, 159 made it to C and 54 could just manage to get D.

The chairman congratulated the position holders and awarded a certificate to Sumaiya, who was the only position holder present in the hall, while the first and third position holders did not attend the result-announcement ceremony. Dawn

Mirpurkhas board’s HSC-I result out

MIRPURKHAS, Dec 05, 2007: The controller examinations of the Mirpurkhas Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) announced on Tuesday the results of annual examination for Higher Secondary Certificate Part-I (Class-XI) of pre-engineering, pre-medical, humanities (regular and private) and commerce groups.

According to results, of the 3,333 girls and boys in pre-engineering group, 2,294 passed six papers, 550 five papers, 281 four papers, 261 three, 51 two papers and 11 candidates managed to get through only one paper.

In pre-medical group of the 6,105 girls and boys 4,361 passed six papers, 1,000 five, 381 four, 225 three, 86 two and 19 candidates could pass only one paper.

Out of 2,642 candidates who appeared in humanities group (regular and private), 1,911 passed six papers, 537 five, 122 four, 25 three, nine two and eight candidates got through only one paper.

In commerce group, 142 of 298 candidates passed six papers, 79 five, 31 four, one candidate got through three papers, one two papers and one candidate passed only one paper. Dawn

Mirpurkhas board’s HSC-II results out

MIRPURKHAS, Aug 29: Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Mirpurkhas has announced the results of Higher Secondary Certificate examinations part-II intermediate science, pre-engineering, premedical and general science group, here on Tuesday.

According to the results, in pre-engineering group, Mashalur Rehman Pandhiani of Cadet College Sanghar (seat No 25359) secured first position by obtaining 935 marks. Kundan Kumar Maheshwari of Degree College Mithi (seat No 24443) got second position with 920 marks. The third position goes to Narendar Kumar Rakhyani of Cadet College Sanghar (seat No 25363) who got 917 marks.

In pre-medical group, Chandra Bai daughter of Jodho Mal Meghwar of Girls College Umerkot (seat No 33020) secured first position and got 933 marks. Khadim Ali Maher of Boys Higher Secondary School Umerkot No 1 (seat No 32860) obtained second position with 932 marks. Bushra Khanzada of Higher Secondary School Sarhari (seat No 35609) secured third position by taking 931 marks.

In general science group, only three candidates appeared in the examination and two of them were declared successful.

In all 3,014 male and female candidates appeared in the inter science pre-engineering group examination and 2257 of them were declared successful and overall result of pre-engineering remained 74.88 per cent.

6,097 male and female candidates appeared in the premedical group examination while 4,909 of them were declared successful and over all result in this group remained 80.51 per cent.

On the occasion chairman of BISE Mirpurkhas Abdul Aleem Khanzada has distributed flowers and certificates among the position holder students and their parents. Dawn

Mirpurkhas HSC-II results

MIRPURKHAS, Aug 17: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Mirpurkhas has announced the result of Higher Secondary School Certificate examination Part-II (Humanities and Commerce group) on Thursday.

Mohammed Saeed Landar of the Government Boys Higher Secondary School Garang Bungalow, Sanghar district, seat No. 43111, secured first position by obtaining 806 marks, Mehboob Ali Jamali of the same school, seat No. 43109, stood second with 805 marks, while Saima Kanwal the Arain of Government Girls College Sanghar, seat No. 41099, bagged third position in Arts Group.

In Commerce Group first three positions went to the Government Ibn-e-Rushd Girls College Mirpurkhas as Raisa Maher, seat No. 46034, Misbah Jatoi, seat No. 46033, and Izka Iqbal seat No. 46029, secured first, second and third positions respectively.

About 3,159 girls and boys appeared in inter arts examination out of which 2,375 were declared successful with an overall result remaining at 75.3 per cent.

In inter commerce examination total 261 girls and boys students appeared with 219 declared successful. Dawn

Girls top Mirpurkhas SSC-II exams

MIRPURKHAS, July 17: Girls clinched top positions in the annual examinations of the Secondary Stage Certificate Part-II in both the science and general groups, according to results announced by the controller of examinations of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) of Mirpurkhas on Monday.

Prof Rahim Bux Shaikh who is also acting chairman said that the first three positions in science group went to the students of St Michael Convent High School with Rama Devi, daughter of Bhagwandas securing first by 830 marks, Amerdeep, son of Gul Nankani obtaining second position by 823 and Madiha Khan, daughter of Ashfaque Khan, making it to the third by 822 marks.

In general group, Rashida, daughter of Allahdad, of Government Girls High School secured first position with 680 marks, Mohammad Ali, son of Mir Mohammad, of Government High School

Loon Khan made it to the second position with 668 marks and Mohammad Ali, son of Akhtar Mehmood, of Government High School Naokot obtained third position with 658 marks, he said.

The controller said that a total of 19,343 girls and boys in science group appeared in the examinations and out of them 17,339 passed making the passed percentage 89.64 per cent.

In general group examinations, 672 girls and boys appeared and 481 succeeded making the overall passed percentage 71.57 per cent, he said. Dawn
